\nLa L-carnitine naturellement pr\u00e9sente dans les muscles, est le compl\u00e9ment alimentaire id\u00e9al dans le cadre d\u2019une alimentation saine et \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e, accompagn\u00e9 d\u2019une activit\u00e9 sportive. Elle permet \u00e9galement de d\u00e9stocker les graisses et contribue \u00e0 la prise de masse musculaire. La carnitine joue un r\u00f4le primordial dans le transport des acides gras \u00e0 longue cha\u00eene \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur des mitochondries (des composantes des cellules de l\u2019organisme). Ce processus, dans les mitochondries, permet la production d\u2019\u00e9nergie sous la forme d\u2019ad\u00e9nosine triphosphate (ATP).
